Deposits

 

 

Bookings will not be confirmed unless the deposit of £200 has been paid.

This deposit will be deducted from your account on the day, or forfeited if notice of cancellation is received less than 12 weeks prior to the date of the event. Alternatively, deposits may be transferred to another date with 4 full weeks’ notice.

 

Payment

 

 

Unless other arrangements have been made with the Secretary prior to the day of play, accounts must be settled on that day direct to the House Manager. Any account you have with the Professional must be settled with him direct.

Any members playing in Societies will not pay the green fee element of the package. However, all those other than members will pay the full package price and there will be no option to sign guests in at members’ rates as societies are classed as external functions.

 

Final Numbers

 

 

Please confirm final number of people attending at least one week prior to your event. These numbers will be charged for unless the numbers increase.

 

Mobile Phones

 

 

The use of mobile phones is not permitted in the Clubhouse or on the Course.

 

Standard Of Dress

 

 

The Club reserves the right to refuse admission to the course or Clubhouse if individuals are not able to comply with our dress code, normal courtesies and the rules of golf. The dress code is given below - please ensure that all your players are aware of this in order to avoid any embarrassment.

Members, their guests and visitors are requested to maintain reasonable standards of dress at all times.

 

THE FOLLOWING CLOTHING IS NOT ACCEPTABLE EITHER ON THE COURSE OR IN THE CLUBHOUSE

Track or shell suits

Jeans or Combat Trousers

Athletic, Beach or Gym Shorts

T-shirts without collars, Rugby Shirts or Vest-type tops

Shirts or tops displaying a prominent logo

Trousers tucked into socks

Trainer-type footwear

 

 

 

On the course : only recognised golf style shoes please

In the Clubhouse : Any outdoor clothing such as anoraks, waterproofs, baseball-type caps, ski hats, etc should be hung in the lobby.

Golf shoes [dimpled or soft spiked] are NOT permitted
