CONDITIONS OF PLAY

1. The Tournament will be 36 holes Stroke Play. No player will be eligible for a prize voucher unless 36 holes have been played.

2. Qualification shall be full membership of any affiliated Golf Club and the Championship is for plus to handicap index 12 with cut if over subscribed.

3.Entry fee TBC - Payment by Bank transfer, Sort code: 30-94-83, Account Number: 01852028. Please put the name of the entrant as reference.

4. Ties will be decided on the last 18, 9, 6, 3, or 1 holes.

5. Competitors to report and collect their cards at the desk AT LEAST 20 MINUTES PRIOR to their tee time. Rule 5.3a applies to any competitor not on the 1st tee at their appointed time. The Tournament Committee is empowered to delay the time of start if it considers circumstances render it advisable.

6. Competitors must bring their score cards correctly signed to the Championship Secretary at the end of each 18 holes.

7. The Tournament Committee, whose decision shall be final, shall settle any disputes arising during the Tournament.

8. No competitor may have a Golf Professional to caddy for her.

9. The Tournament winner shall hold the trophy until the next Championships are held and is responsible for its return appropriately engraved. The Committee will reimburse the cost of the engraving.

10. The EG Anti-Doping Rules apply to all competitors in this championship. Compliance is the responsibility of the competitor. The Anti-Doping Rules can be found on the EG website www.englandgolf.org .

11. Please observe dress regulations - no collarless ‘T’ shirts, jeans or shorts (unless tailored) are to be worn on the golf course or in the clubhouse.
